So the leader of our beloved nation left his eight-year-old daughter Nancy in a pub, and everyone agreed that this was a very silly thing to do.

But to realise just how silly, you've got to look a little further afield - as far as America, in fact. Comedy Central's The Daily Show should do it, especially with that funny fellow Jon Stewart behind the desk and an actual British Brit - Jon Oliver - on the payroll.

Fortunately, our friends over at Comedy Central UK were willing to spread some of the politician-poking fun in the form of this clip we've got for you above, where Oliver and Stewart share a good giggle over Cameron's gaffe. Enjoy!
