WATCH: 'Swingers' Night Comes To London

Stratford East, baby! Stratford East!

That's right. If you love the comedy Swingers as much as we do, then get yourself down to east London on 28 June for a celebration of the movie at the Stratford East Picturehouse.

Hosted by UK film blog The Shiznit - whose first such night at the Picturehouse was Fight Club, and included setting people anarchic 'homework assignments' before the screening - the Swingers night includes not just a screening of the film (of course), but special cocktails and swing music in the bar beforehand, and some MegaDrive EA Hockey laid on. What's more, the organisers will be reading out a "special and very funny" exclusive introduction to the film from its writer and star Jon Favreau.

There's no dress code - but, The Shiznit notes, "you'll want to rock up wearing some smart threads if you want to impress all the fly fellas and beautiful babies in attendance". Well, exactly. Because you're money, baby. You're so money, and you don't even know it.

For more details on the evening, check out the Swingers Night page on The Shiznit. As its editor Ali Gray says: "Swingers is the perfect film to me - funny and cool without trying too hard, and romantic without being schmaltzy." We couldn't agree more - and for some reminders of just how funny, cool and utterly quotable this bromantic comedy is, just check out 12 of its practically perfect scenes below:
