Axl Rose suffered his second stage fall in less than a month on Saturday after crashing headfirst to the floor during a Guns N' Roses gig at French festival Hellfest.
The frontman was also forced to seek medical treatment backstage at a show in Liverpool, England on 20 May after he tripped on equipment and fell backwards.
The band has played a string of concerts since the accident, and took to the stage at the Hellfest festival in Clisson, France on Saturday - but Rose failed to make it through the set without incident.
During the group's rendition of Sweet Child o' Mine, the rocker climbed onto a raised platform, but lost his footing and fell face-forward onto the stage.
It's been a tough month for Rose who was reportedly left "fuming" after it emerged that he'd been robbed of three gold-and-diamond necklaces at a private gathering after his band's show at Paris' Bercy Stadium earlier this month. Luckily, the necklaces were returned.
