What's the best thing about the Olympics? If you said 'sport', you are wrong. The best thing about the Olympics is official Team GB-branded Lego.

Yes, that's right - Team GB has its own Olympic team this year, and they've just been released in stores all across the land.

The MiniFigs are beautifully made and detailed, with charming, defiant-looking expressions, wind-swept hairstyles and customised Team GB Lego bases.

We think it might be a bit optimistic to have given each of the figures - including the tennis player - gold medals. But there's nothing wrong with dreaming.

Fortunately for us we were also sent some amazing Marvel Super Heroes Lego kits recently. So we did what any red-blooded adult male would do, and made them compete for medals.
