The telly presenter, 41, exposed her veiny arms as she hit London with 26-year-old Jack Cockings last night.

Someone's clearly been hitting the gym in order to keep up with their toy boy lover...

We're not sure what to make of her antics at the London Grand Prix launch party though - Mel certainly seems to have a bit of a thing for the younger gentleman.

She got very flirty with Lewis Hamilton at the bash, kicking off her heels to have a dance with Nicole Scherzinger's beau.

Earlier in the evening, she and Jack had attended the launch of Coast's flagship store on Oxford Street, with Mel tweeting a snap of the two of them outside the party.

"With me geezer @bespokespartan Another Coast Dress change. toot toot xxxx," she tweeted.

After all the partying was over, the couple then headed for some posh nosh at Nobu, where Katie Price and Lauren Pope were also dining.

The couple caused a Twitter storm last month with their saucy tweets to each other...
