Jeff Brazier has spoken out about his kids' relationship with his new girlfriend Nicola T - but says she will NEVER replace their mum, Jade Goody.
In an interview with Hello! magazine, the dad-of-two admitted his youngest son Freddy, seven, had 'struggled' when he broke the news he was dating former Page 3 girl Nicola last December.
But he says both Freddy and brother Bobby, nine, are now coping with their dad being in a loving relationship:
"After losing their mum, they don't want another mum," Jeff, 33, said. "I reminded Freddy that Nicola isn't trying to be his mummy - that no one could replace her. That's what he needed to hear and he understood."
The boys' mum, Jade, died after a battle with cervical cancer in 2009, aged just 27. She and Jeff separated in 2005.
Besotted Jeff said he was 'head over heels' in love with Nicola, and confessed they had already discussed marriage - but, the devoted dad added: "Nothing really matters to me more than my children."
Aw, Jeff always comes across as such a fabulous daddy, doesn't he?
