Halle Berry looks back to her old self on the set of The Hive following her accident on Tuesday.

The actress suffered a head injury and was hospitalised after falling onto concrete whilst filming scenes for her latest film.

Halle was treated for a 'minor head injury' at hospital in LA but was back on set yesterday where she also found time to enjoy some QT with daughter Nahla, four.

It's not the first time Halle has been injured on-set. Last year she broke her foot chasing a goat in Spain whilst filming Cloud Atlas.
