Go Team GB! The Duchess of Cambridge cheers on her home team

She was a sporty schoolgirl so it comes as no surprise the Duchess of Cambridge has been an avid fan of the 2012 Olympics.

Beaming, cheering, clapping and sporting a Union Jack on her shirts and jumpers, Kate looked to be in her element as she watched Team GB go for gold again and again and again.

The dusty, staid Royal protocols looked to have been left at the stadium gates, as the newlywed literally let her hair down, jumped up and down and hugged her husband.

Bravo, Kate!
