Take That Fans Launch Memorial Fund For Gary Barlow's Stillborn Baby

Fans' Tribute To Gary Barlow's Stillborn Baby

Take That fans have rallied around Gary Barlow in his time of need by launching a charity fund in memory of his tragic baby daughter.

Poor Gary and his wife, Dawn, were left-broken hearted on Saturday after their fourth child, a little girl named Poppy, was delivered stillborn.

The news prompted an outpouring of sympathy from his famous friends and fans alike, with his Take That bandmate Robbie Williams writing on Twitter: "My thoughts are with Gary, Dawn and family right now."

Gazza's fans have now gone one step further by setting up a memorial fund in Poppy's honour.

The donation page has been posted on a charity website - JustGiving.com/RIPPoppyBarlow - and aims to raise £100,000 for stillbirth and neonatal death charity Sands and the total had reached over £1,631 by Wednesday morning.

Fan Michelle Pierce, who set up the page, wrote: "I'm raising money for Sands, the stillbirth and neonatal death charity because as a mark of respect and to raise awareness.

"As fans and many of us as parents we all want to show love and support to the Barlow family. Here we can make a difference, and leave united messages of love and support. This is a united donation from all Gary Barlow and TT fans."
