The BBC has apologised after sports editor David Bond upset viewers by talking over the National Anthem during a bulletin.
More than 100 people complained about the gaffe which occurred during a report on Team GB's triumph in the men's sprint cycling event.
It took place during an edition of the Ten O'Clock News broadcast on 2 August as Bond delivered a report at the Velodrome in the Olympic park.

The BBC acknowledged its error and said: "We recognise that correspondents should not record pieces to camera during the National Anthem and we apologise for any offence caused."
