The snake - for all you animal geeks out there - is the Oxybelis fulgidus, more commonly known as the Green Vine snake, which inhabits South and Central America. And as Premkumar said, "It's one of the most beautiful snakes I have found and shot so far... a photographer’s delight because of its vibrant colors and its posture, which is actually a self-defence posture.”
