Now that Tom Daley has got his Olympic diving commitments over with, we reckon he would make a perfect addition to One Direction.
And we're one step closer to that dream becoming a reality, as last night Tom struck up a bromance with the band's Liam Payne.
The pair posed for a snap together after Tom finished filming an appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show last night.
As Tom posted the pic on Twitter, he wrote: "@Real_Liam_Payne and I last night :)"
The 1D boys have supported Tom all the way through his Olympic efforts.
Louis and his girlfriend were spotted in the crowds during the Men's 10m platform diving final where Tom took bronze, while Liam tweeted his support to Tom after he was attacked on Twitter.

Tom and Liam's new friendship isn't the only thing they have in common, as it looks like the One Direction fans have been teaching Tom's fans a thing or two.
The police were called to a book signing the diver was at, after too many screaming girls turned up to catch a glimpse of him.

Some hysterical teens had been waiting since 1am to meet him as he signed copies of his book My Story at the Bluewater shopping centre in Kent.
However, the police were forced to stop more fans coming in after it became overcrowded.

"The crowds were quite excitable,' said a police spokeswoman. "There were a number who didn't have tickets. A few people were asked to leave by officers."
