Sudan Plane Crash Kills 30, Including Minister, Reports Claim

A Sudanese plane carrying around 30 people has crashed killing all passengers, according to state media.

The government's minister of Guidance and Religious Endowments, Ghazi al-Sadiq Abdel Rahim was reportedly on board, along with other military and political representatives.

The plane was heading to South Kordofan in the south of the country for an Eid al-Fitr celebration, to mark the end of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan. It came down in the Nuba mountains, by a town called Talodi.
