Louis Tomlinson's V Festival weekend got off to a bad start when his need for speed got him into trouble with the law.
The One Directioner was pulled over by cops en route to the festival in Chelmsford, Essex, for speeding.
According to The Sun, he was caught doing 48mph in a 40 zone and was slapped with three points on his license and an £80 fine.
A source told the paper: “Louis told friends he’s learnt his lesson and will be extra careful from now on. His girlfriend Eleanor Calder is at uni in Manchester and he drives up to see her so he doesn’t want a ban.”
Louis didn't let it get in the way of having a good time at the festival though. He spent the majority of it in the VIP section, making the most of the free bar with girlfriend Eleanor and bandmate Niall Horan.
Niall then went off late into the night on Sunday with Caroline Flack and Tulisa, who revealed she and Niall had been pretending to be from Yorkshire to escape detection.
She tweeted: "With @NiallOfficial @carolineflack1 and @GarethVarey in disguise in the crowd! Me n Nial pretending 2b chez n Tom from Sheffield ha!"
