The lesser spotted Jackie Stallone caused quite the controversy when she stepped out with a whole new face at the premiere of The Expendables 2 last week sporting a new face.

Except it turns out it wasn't her at all. Awkward.

The woman in question turned out to be a someone called Ivone Weldon (who you can read more about here) but with all the plastic surgery Jackie has had over the years, you can understand why everyone got confused.
