Zayn Malik's Fangirls Don't Worry Girlfriend Perrie Edwards

'Zayn's Fangirls Don't Worry Me'

Little Mix star Perrie Edwards is one brave girl - she insists she has no qualms about her boyfriend Zayn Malik's female fans throwing themselves at him.

The singer, who won The X Factor last year alongside her bandmates, went public with the One Direction hunk in May when they were snapped smooching while zooming around on a scooter.

One Direction have since made it big around the word, and the boys are often on the road surrounded by hordes of hormone-fuelled girls.

But Perrie is adamant she's not envious about the amount of attention her beau receives, insisting she completely trusts the star when he's on the road.

She tells The Sun: "I just think it's funny. You have to trust each other. Me and Zayn are really happy. We see each other quite a lot, the only time we don't is when he's in America. It's really hard. But I trust him.

"It does get hard when you don't see each other. It does make it more special when you do see each other though.

"You just have to make sure you call and text each other all the time and tell each other what you've done each day and stuff.

"It's when you don't talk to someone that you start missing them. As far as his fans go, there's always going to be one or two bad comments, but you've just got to ignore it. About one in 100 are bad ones.

"I just read all the good ones - most people are really happy that we're in a relationship and happy."

Not everyone's happy for the pair, though - Zayn temporarily deleted his Twitter account last week after being bombarded by abuse.

Taking to the site before removing his account, he wrote: "The reason I don't tweet as much as I used to, is because I'm sick of all the useless opinions and hate I get daily goodbye twitter.

"My fans that have something nice to say can tweet me on the one direction account."

He returned to the social networking site 24 hours later.
