(*not strictly true) but Jennifer Aniston HAS donned a fake baby bump for a new ad that takes the mickey out of the constant rumours she is pregnant.

In 'stolen' security camera footage from the former Friends star's home, the 'truth' is revealed - she straps her baby bump down with the help of a pull-in belt.

She also puts the record straight on her workout routine, as the 'footage' shows her being lifted by a group of hunky men and also reveals that her trademark Rachel 'do is actually a wig.

The spoof tape - to promote SmartWater, which Jen is the face of - reminds us exactly why we first fell in love with the star - the ability to take the mickey out of herself.

She's faced constant speculation about whether she is expecting her first child since she began dating Justin Theroux, who she got engaged to last month.

Most recently the National Enquirer reported that she was planning a shotgun wedding in Mexico after falling pregnant, which she was forced to deny.

"It's all just another fabrication," she told E! news.
