Nicola Roberts has always been my favourite celebrity ginge (followed by Geri then Rupert Grint).

Apart from brief (and ill-informed) dalliances with brunette and more recently, blonde tresses, the Girls Aloud star has always embraced her red roots and for that, as a fellow ginge, I salute her.

But it looks like Nic has seen red and ditched her natural hue for a different shade altogether.

She's gone pink.

The singer and *phones Henry Holland to confirm* fashionista, was spotted at the J.W. Anderson for TopShop London Fashion Week afterparty at Madam JoJo's sporting the new do.

And doesn't she look chuffed?

Sorry Nic, but as much as I loves ya, not even that trying-too-hard outfit can distract from the fact that you look like Avril Lavigne's long lost sister.

And just to confirm, that's definitely NOT a compliment.

Now get thee to your stylist and reclaim your ginger roots henceforth, and we'll forget this ever happened.
