A spoof video that made fun of Nick Clegg for apologising for promising to oppose tuition fees will be released as a charity single, after it went viral online.
And the 'Nick Clegg Sings Sorry (The Autotune Remix)' YouTube video put together by The Poke may even have had the effect of boosting the Lib Dem's popularity more than the original apology video put out by the party.
After the spoof was played on the BBC, Lib Dem minister Steve Webb said: "We're going to hire those guys for our next party political advert."
Clegg agreed to let The Poke release the song as long as the proceeds went to the Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust.
