A brand new trailer for Academy Award-winning director Ang Lee's Life Of Pi has been released and The Huffington Post UK has an exclusive first look at the video (above).

Based upon Yann Martel’s Booker prize-winning novel of 2002, the film follows the story of a young man’s incredible survival at sea against almost impossible odds.

The first trailer for the 3D blockbuster was released in July, starring a pretty ferocious looking CGI tiger.

Life Of Pi is released in cinemas on 21 December.
