Lady Gaga Channels Liz Hurley In 'Safety Pin' Frock (PICS)

Lady Gaga is usually an innovator of style, so we're not sure what happened as she stepped out in Milan last night.

It all seemed a bit Liz Hurley, circa 1994.

Lady G left the Hotel Principe di Savoia in the same 'safety pin' frock that made Liz famous back in the day.

Elizabeth first debuted the dress at the Four Weddings And A Funeral premiere, which she attended with her then boyfriend, Hugh Grant.

And Gaga has obviously got a thing for safety pins as she was spotted in another Versace 'pin' dress as she left the Palazzo Versace after visiting the fashion house's HQ.

Lady Gaga has recently spoken out about her battle with food after facing criticism over her 25lbs weight gain.
