David Cameron Joins Twitter: See Some Of The Funniest Fake Tweets (So Far)

So our Prime Minister has finally got down with The Kids, and joined Twitter.

And as well as the inevitable torrent of abuse, the appearance of @David_Cameron has, of course, led to Twitter doing what it does best (aside from unleashing torrents of abuse, that is) and creating fake retweets from his account.

Yes, it may be an old trick (by Twitter standards), but putting RT in front of someone's Twitter name, followed by a tweet that they appear to have written, still makes us giggle.
