He is famed and adored by many a teenybopper (and many an older lady for that matter) for his curly locks, so it's no wonder Harry Styles has caused outrage for admitting he is keen to shave his head.
The One Direction star has said he would like to copy bandmate Liam Payne's latest look and go bald for 'Children In Need', but only if he can raise enough money.
Speaking on 'Freshly Squeezed', he told best pal Nick Grimshaw: “Yes I would, if I raised enough money then yeah… for 'Children In Need'.
“I want to shave my hair off and no-one will really let me. Everyone's telling me not to do it. My argument is, like, I think my popularity is in my face, and not my hair,” he said.
Twitter was soon awash with fans begging him not to part with his trademark hairstyle.
