Megan Fox has threatened to take legal action against a US website who published so-called naked pictures of the 'Transformers' star.
Celeb Jihad posted snaps allegedly of new mum Megan posing completely naked, claiming she was showing off her body less than a month after giving birth to son Noah Shannon.
However, her lawyers have jumped into action and sent the website a cease and desist letter ordering them to remove the snap from the internet, stating it is "100% fake".
While they have threatened to sue if it is not taken down, the website are standing their ground and refusing to compromise.
A spokesperson for Celeb Jihad told TMZ: "While we appreciate Megan Fox's concern for her image, we find it hard to believe that a woman who spent two 'Transformers' movies bent over with her breasts pressed together could have her reputation damaged by a blatantly satirical website."

Megan and her husband Brian Austin Green only announced the arrival of their son last week, three weeks after he was born.
