Steven Gerrard was vocal in his criticism of Everton captain Phil Neville getting booked for diving in the Merseyside derby and of David Moyes' pre-match comments about his Liverpool team-mate Luis Suárez's theatrics.
“I think Phil Neville badly let his manager down today,” Gerrard told the Liverpool Echo.
