I think the idea to help people get back into work is great! However the way it is being dealt with is demoralising in my opinion, If going back to work is not possable they should have access to experiences to keep them connected with society. It seems to me, when concerning those who are not completely honest with their needs assessments, that motivation and fear is the problem, not laziness. Basically my point is I see no need at all for them to be hard on any of those under assessment, they should be more supportive, this would protect those most vulnerable and support those who perhaps have other issues.

How come the British press is so quiet on this. Why are they not kicking up a fuss ?

Definitely there is a sense that the tory party just doesn't care.They dont even care enough to pay trained people to do the job.'They're plebs.They'll take any cr.p'
They're terrorising the most vulnerable people using untrained people,which makes it much worse.
And they hold the hands of tax dodgers and do their donors' bidding.Why is it that the tory party will break the most vulnerable to extract a crumb,when they could extract much greater tax revenue from the known tax evaders.

To all those that have defrauded the people who genuinely required financial help, to all those that complain of how much the welfare state cost them personally. This is the end result, we have a government that believes in the Germanic 1920/45 solution, and you have given them the excuse to beat the elderly. infirm, sick and desperate. You have given them the tools and the power to close hospitals and schools, you told them to cut help and support.

This government has seen the working tax payers weakness, they use it to divide and conquer, they have taken your greed and used it against you. They blame those on benefit for all that's wrong in society, and the working tax payer has called for blood. This government drank it with ease and yet they reduce the tax take from the bankers corporate executives and big business.

You fell for their, how much it cost you, and you never asked how much were their rich friends not paying. This government has taken that which we once were proud of, and used it as a tool to beat the populous into submission, to all those that called for blood, this government has given it to you.

When they have destroyed those in need, how soon will it be before they destroy the working tax payer, when there's no benefit where will you go. You got what you wanted, but your tax bill grow larger, no job where will you go.
