Adele is rumoured to be splashing out a whopping £5.6 million on a family home in trendy Notting Hill.
The Metro reports that the new mum will soon move her partner Simon Konecki and newborn son into the swanky pad in the west London celeb hot-spot, where the family's new neighbours will include Pippa Middleton and Kylie Minogue.
The multi-million pound price-tag is unlikely to faze the 24-year-old superstar - who also owns property in Surrey and Brighton - as she was named the Wealthiest Young Brit on this year's Sunday Times Rich List.
But despite all the rumours, intensely private Adele is yet to even confirm her son's arrival, although it is widely reported he was born on the same day as the release of the new Bond movie, Skyfall - for which Adele sings the theme tune.
On the day, her spokesman said 'We are not releasing a statement at this time. No comment.'
So we doubt he'll have too much to say about her potential new home either then!
