But despite both opting for LBDs, it was Nicole who came out victorious in the style stakes after she wowed the crowds at London's Grosvenor House Hotel with her cutout, floor-length gown.

Also at the event were fellow 'X Factor' stars Caroline Flack and Dermot O'Leary, who watched on as Gary was reunited on stage with his pal Robbie Williams, despite the 'Candy' singer forming an alliance with Gary's nemesis Rylan Clark.
