A new survey into the sex lives of young women in Britain today has revealed that two out of three have experimented with bondage and spanking, a favourite pastime of EL James’ fictional lothario Christian Grey.
More! magazine’s biggest ever sex survey questioned 2,340 women aged 18-24 and the results, printed in this week’s issue, reveal the truth about the sex lives of young women living the UK.
Commenting on the findings, editor Chantelle Horton said: “At more! we have a close relationship with our readers and they never hold back when it comes to sex. Our survey shows the Fifty Shades phenomenon is still making waves.
"Young women are more adventurous than ever in the bedroom, with one in 10 revealing they've had sex with a women and the same percentage having tried a threesome.
"We were also concerned to see 18-24 year olds are feeling the pressured in to doing things in bed they don't want to. Over half admitted they’d had sex with someone because they felt they should.”
Young women in Britain today are a pretty active bunch. Of those questioned, 40% said they were having sex two to three times each week while 6% said they’re at it every single day. Most women agreed that the one thing that would make them more confident in bed would be being thinner.
