The programme's producers are getting increasingly annoyed by Tulisa's poor timekeeping, as she is often late to meetings and rehearsals.
The controversy surrounding her latest romance with Newcastle United footballer Danny Simpson is also giving them headaches, as they are concerned that it is affecting the family image of the show.

A source at the show told the Sun: "She needs to buck up her ideas and give her performance on the show more attention."
They have already been concerned about the type of men that she has chosen to date, with former partner Shameless star Jody Latham pleading guilty in court on Friday to growing 16 cannabis plants.
Tulisa's behaviour has also been a cause for concern, as she left bosses in the lurch when she jetted off to Ibiza for a holiday the week before the start of the X Factor live shows. Her revelations about spending time in gangs as a teenager in her recent book have also worried bosses.
Two weeks ago she was so late that she completely missed seeing her act Ella Henderson rehearsing ahead of the weekend's performance.
