The cast of 'Hitchcock' turned out on Sunday for the film's New York premiere.
Stars on the red carpet at the Ziefgeld Theatre included Scarlett Johansson, Dame Helen Mirren, Jessica Biel and Toni Collette, as well as familiar guests all lining up to see an actor's favourite thing - a film about film-making.
Three glamorous leading ladies - Sir Alfred would have been proud
The film, directed by the British Sacha Gervasi, stars Sir Anthony Hopkins, as the legendary director, whose thrall over his leading ladies was both compelling and disturbing, but who, in real life, relied heavily on his wife Alma, played by Dame Helen.
The film includes a recreation of the celebrated show scene in 'Psycho' with Scarlett Johansson doing the honours as a terrified Janet Leigh.
