An angry Holly Willoughby has complained to the Press Complaints Commission over a fake 'up the skirt' photo printed in the Sunday Sport.
The newspaper printed a picture of what appeared to be Holly sitting in a car revealing a little too much, but her lawyer has claimed the picture was photoshopped, accusing the paper of 'shoddy journalism'.
According to the Guardian, Jonathan Coad of law firm Lewis Silkin said the presenter had involved the PCC "to establish in the minds of everyone who saw that picture that it was not of Holly and because the habitual use by the Sunday Sport of such a technique is a gross infringement of the rights of Holly and all the other female stars".
In a statement, Holly added she was now launching legal proceedings against the paper.
"I was outraged to discover that I was the victim of this misleading trick by the Sunday Sport, which I know is used on many other women such as myself," she said. "I have instructed my lawyers to take firm action against the paper."
A spokesman for the PCC has confirmed it has received a complaint from the 'This Morning' host under clauses 1 and 3 of the editors code of practice that relate to accuracy and privacy.
