Cher's 'Woman's World': Listen To Her New Single - Has She Still Got It?

LISTEN: Has Cher Still Got It?

Cher has unveiled the first single from her upcoming 26th studio album, and it's another dancefloor anthem.

The empowering song, 'Woman's World', is the first original solo material from the pop icon since 2001's 'Living Proof', apart from a handful of tracks for 2010's 'Burlesque'.

Cher, who has been creating hits since the 1960s, tweeted: "'When I started singing it I thought about strong Famous Women.. Then I Thought 'fk That''THIS IS A WOMAN'S WORLD' We're All Strong ! MEN 2".

Last month a DJ in Michigan leaked an unfinished version of the lead track from her new album, out next year, but now Cher has unveiled the song officially.

Her instantly recognisable voice is loud and clear, but does the electro music do enough to bring her sound into this decade?

Have a listen to the up-tempo tune, which features a similar theme to Beyonce's 'Run The World (Girls)', above and let us know what you think.

Here's a little reminder of how she sounded in 1998:
