Franziska Hansen, 'Charged With Attempted Murder After Tim Schmidt Claims She Tried To Smother Him With 38DD Breasts'

'Treasure – I Wanted Your Death To Be As Pleasurable As Possible': Woman Accused Of Trying To Smother Boyfriend With 38DD Breasts

A 33-year-old woman has been accused of trying to kill her lover by suffocating him with her 38DD breasts.

Tim Schmidt, 30, claims Franziska Hansen tried to end his life because she was jealous of his career as a lawyer, while she struggled to find work.

Hansen, who weighs nine stone, denies the allegations, and insists the pair were taking part in consensual sex game at their home in Unna.

Tim Schmidt has accused his former lover Franziska Hansen of trying to smother him with her 38DD breasts. The former couple were living in Unna, Germany, at the time of the incident (pictured)

She is charged with attempted murder with a weapon.

According to the Mail Online's German correspondent Allan Hall, Schmidt told the court: "The incident happened in May – we were having sex.

"I couldn't breathe any more, I must have turned blue. I couldn't tear myself free and I thought I was going to die."

He added: "It is clear she wanted to kill me. She even admitted it to me on the telephone. I asked her why she wanted to smother me to death with her breasts and she told me: 'Treasure – I wanted your death to be as pleasurable as possible.'"

Schmidt, who weighs 13 stone, claims he was able to wriggle free and flee naked to raise the alarm.

In 1996 a physical therapist filed a lawsuit against a strip club where he had held his bachelor party.

Paul Shimkonis alleged dancer Tawny Peaks thrust her 69HH surgically enhanced breasts into his face, causing his head to jerk backwards and resulting in injuries.

The case was heard live on TV's People's Court, with Judge Ed Koch rejecting Shimkonis' claims.
