She's been out of the 'I'm A Celebrity' jungle for all of two days but Helen Flanagan has wasted no time in getting back to her old ways.

Yep, the former Corrie babe might have committed 'social suicide' (her words) by not being able to tweet during her jungle stint but she's already posted a snap on Twitter of her busting out of a bikini that looks two sizes too small.
And despite spending the last few weeks slapping on the fake tan in the 'I'm A Celebrity' camp her mantra is obviously 'more is more' because she's already had a spray tan too.
Still, after surviving on a diet of rice and beans you can't blame the gal for tucking into a big ol' sandwich and plate of chips.
Helen couldn't resist tweeting a snap of her lunch which she ordered from room service at the luxurious Versace hotel where she's currently residing.
