The temperatures may be plummeting in New York, but a chill in the air certainly wasn't going to stop Mariah Carey flaunting her assets as she helped turn on the Rockerfeller Center's Christmas Tree Lights yesterday.

The singer became a sexy Mrs Santa Claus as she performed at the ceremony dressed in a plunging festive dress.

As she belted out her 1994 hit 'All I Want For Christmas', Mariah gave fans an eyeful as the iconic New York skyscraper celebrated its 80th annual tree lighting event.

Despite her own skimpy fashion choice, Mariah thanked fans for braving the bitter temperatures to come and see her perform.

She tweeted: "Walking to the stage to perform at Rock center. Let the festivities begin! Thx 2 all the lambs who are braving the temps here! LYM!!!"

Now, someone get that girl a coat. Brrrrr.
