In the ordinary run of things, a cat and a parakeet might not be expected to get along. But that's not always the case - as clearly demonstrated by the video above.
Here, we see Kitty and Polly* unite against a common enemy: the laser pointer. We're particularly impressed by the awesome teamwork on display. Look how Kitty waits to pounce while Polly tries to block the little red light's escape route and drive it in from the sidelines. Together, they can crush this thing. One day. Possibly.
