Tries from Chris Ashton, Brad Barritt and a star turn from centre Manu Tuilagi saw England storm to a 38-21 victory over New Zealand for the first time since 2008, ending the All Blacks' 20-game unbeaten streak.

Three tries in ten minutes from Ashton, Barritt and Tuilagi saw England jump to a 32-14 lead in the 60th minute, leaving an off-form New Zealand no time to recover.

Early penalty misses from world class fly-half Dan Carter let England slip into an early lead, before they scored their highest points total of all-time against the All Blacks.

The win was the first for England in the QBE Autumn Internationals, after losses to Australia and South Africa.

New Zealand had won their previous 20 games, last losing in the Tri-Nations to Australia on 27 August last year.

"We kept ourselves to ourselves this week - we'd been written off but that fuelled the fire a little bit. We stuck to our guns and everyone went out believing we could do it," he said.
