The nurse at the centre of the royal hoax call scandal left a note to her family before she died, it was revealed today.
Jacintha Saldanha, 46, is believed to have taken her own life after transferring a call from radio DJs pretending to be the Queen and Prince Charles to the ward where the Duchess of Cambridge was being treated for acute morning sickness.
