Not everyone has their mum, husband or even a doula as their birth partner. We've met some really incredible - and very surprising - birth partners on Parentdish, including the six-year-old boy who acted as a midwife, and the father-in-law who delivered his own grandson in the hallway (he claims it wasn't awkward - we're not so sure!).
Throw in the mum who gave birth with a gallery full of people watching and the shoe-fitters from Clarks who helped when a pregnant shopper went into labour, and you really do have some bonkers births and even more bizarre birth partners.
