Pippa Middleton has lifted the lid on the festive antics her family get up to behind closed doors on Christmas Day – including the fact her dad has a penchant for fancy dress and once donned an inflatable sumo wrestler outfit!
"My father has developed this funny tradition of surprising us at some point by appearing in fancy dress," she told the Spectator.
"He buys a new costume each year and typically gets a bit carried away - a couple of Christmases ago, he appeared in an inflatable sumo outfit."
The 29-year-old Duchess of Cambridge's sister gave a glimpse into what Kate and William could enjoy at the Middletons this year.
The expectant parents are reportedly considering skipping Christmas with the rest of the Royal Family at Sandringham because of the stress on Kate, who has suffered severe morning sickness.

Instead, they're expected to spend December 25 with Kate's parents Michael and Carole at their £1.5 million home in Bucklebury, Berkshire.
According to the Mail on Sunday, a source said: "Carole is keen for Kate to spend Christmas with the family.
"At home Kate will be able to relax and put her feet up. Christmas at Sandringham can be very busy and stressful with everyone arriving.
"There is always lots going on, big dinners and lots of outfit changes to contend with."
