Top scores are coming thick and fast for Kimberley Walsh during the final weeks of this year's 'Strictly Come Dancing's competition.

The Girls Aloud singer and partner Pasha Kovalev danced a jaunty, lighthearted number to 'The Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines' which delighted the judges - Bruno, Craig, Darcy and Len gave them a maximum 40 out of 40 votes for their second dance, and they came out on top of the leader board, ahead of the public vote on Sunday evening.

Kimberley and Pasha pulled it off again

Denise Van Outen, considered the one to beat in the closing states of the contest, had to content herself with second place from the judges for her routines with partner James Jordan.

There had been reports that Lisa Riley, who has surprised fans this series with her mobility around the dance floor including a pull-it-out-the-bag splits at Wembley, was having problems this week learning her routines with partner Robin Windsor. Nonetheless, her steps to 'All That Jazz' impressed the judges, including Bruno, who remarked, "When it comes to entertainment, you're in a league of your own."

There were some flaws, and she collected 36 points in total.

Sir Bruce Forsyth delighted fans with his appearance on the 'Strictly' semi-final, after fears that illness would keep him at home.

Who do you think will be taking home this year's glitterball?
