Ella Henderson is hot on X factor winner James Arthur's heels after landing her own recording contract with Sony.
James was crowned the winner of the show last week, and on Sunday his debut single Impossible topped the charts and became the fastest selling track of the year so far.
However, he may soon have competition for the top spot from his former rival Ella, who was a firm favourite to win the contest at the beginning of the series.

The 16-year-old was at the centre of a bidding war between labels including Simon Cowell's Syco - but she's now inked her deal with Sony.
Telling her fans the news on Twitter, she writes: "Thank u for your kind messages! X It's all of you who help to inspire my music!! I cannot wait for 2013.. #JustTheBeginning."
Simon showed he was a fan of Ella when she was unexpectedly given the boot in week seven of the live shows.
After the shock announcement, he took to Twitter, writing, "Ella! Gone??? Unbelievable."
