Kimberley Eyes A Return To The West End Stage

Kimberley Walsh has revealed her stint on 'Strictly Come Dancing' has left her keen to return to the West End.

The Girls Aloud star, who was a runner-up in Saturday's final of the BBC One show, showed off her musical theatre skills in the stage version of Shrek earlier this year.

She told the Sun: "I would definitely consider being in the West End more in the future."

Kimberley added: "I've always loved musical theatre but Shrek unleashed the passion in me again.

"I do really feel like a lot of the things I've learned on Strictly Come Dancing will come in handy."

The girlband star, who has reunited with her Girls Aloud bandmates for their tenth anniversary, lost out on the glitterball trophy to gymnast Louis Smith.
