Manchester City have decided not to appeal against Samir Nasri's red card at Norwich at the weekend.
The France forward was dismissed in the first half of the Premier League champions' 4-3 win at Carrow Road for headbutting Sebastien Bassong.

Manager Roberto Mancini labelled the red card "incredible" and indicated after the game on Saturday an appeal would be lodged.
However the club have now announced there will not be a challenge and Nasri will miss the New Year's Day fixture against Stoke City, the FA Cup third-round tie with Watford and a return to former club Arsenal.
A statement from the club read:
"The Football Association has confirmed that Samir Nasri will serve a three-match suspension, following his red card during the 4-3 win at Norwich on Saturday.
"Nasri will now miss the New Year's Day visit from Stoke City, the FA Cup tie with Watford (January 5) and the trip to Arsenal on January 13."
Appealing would have allowed Nasri to face Stoke as, due to the holiday season, the earliest hearing would not have been heard until Wednesday.
However if CIty had appealed referee Mike Jones' decision they would have risked extending Nasri's ban by a further match on frivolous grounds.
