Christmas has passed, and in a few days you'll be looking to get rid of your tree. But instead of stuffing it in the car and taking it to the dump, why not do something more creative - like turn it into a ridiculous rocket and send it into the upper atmosphere?
That's exactly what the team behind XMS Missiletoe 2 have done - building the so-called 'rocketree' out of a Christmas shrub and a whole lot of inspiration.
The craft is actually the bigger brother to the original rocketree, which gathered 600,000 views on YouTube. And oddly enough, it was published earlier this year - a full seven months before Christmas. (Hat-tip to Gizmodo for the link).
