Pamela Anderson Out Of 'Dancing On Ice': 'My Boobs Fell Out, It Happens'

'My Boobs Fell Out, It Happens'

Hollywood star Pamela Anderson suffered a stumble and a wardrobe malfunction as she became the first celebrity to be axed from 'Dancing on Ice'.

The former 'Baywatch' star and Playboy model, 45, was sent crashing out on the first night of the ITV competition, losing a dance off against television funnyman Keith Chegwin after problems with her dress.

A stunned looking Anderson said afterwards she was sad to have been knocked out, but added: "I just stumbled, my dress...my boobs fell out, it happens."

It came after 'Coronation Street' star Samia Ghadie kicked off the new series saying she felt added pressure and worry because of speculation over her relationship with dance partner Sylvain Longchambon.

Despite sitting third following the judge's vote, Anderson and partner Matt Evers took part in the "safety skate" against Chegwin and Olga Sharutenko after slipping into the bottom two once the public votes were added.

The judges unanimously voted to axe the Canadian-born actress, who danced to Sinead O'Connor's cover of Elton John's Sacrifice, preferring "Cheggers" routine set to Carl Orff's Carmina Burana.

Writing on Twitter afterwards, Anderson added: "Thanks for everything. Sorry I was voted off... My dress fell apart in save-me skate. Devestated (sic).

"Sorry international calls were not excepted (sic). I couldn't vote with my own phone."

When she came off the ice, presenter Phillip Schofield had quipped: "If it had happened a little earlier this evening you'd have been guaranteed a place in the final."

The other six contestants - Lauren Goodger from 'The Only Way Is Essex', Olympic boxing gold medallist Luke Campbell, television presenter Anthea Turner, comedian Joe Pasquale, ex Welsh rugby player Gareth Thomas and former MP Oona King - will take their first turn on the ice next week.
