It's a little-known fact that the hazards of living in Sweden include:
1) Having to listen to ABBA songs played 24/7 through shopping mall PA systems.
2) Fear that a public building may collapse at any moment, because it came as a flatpack from IKEA.
3) Falling into outdoor swimming pools, if you are an elk.
Just witness the poor creature above - who must have been drinking too much glögg, because he somehow managed to a) wander into a residential area and b) fall into someone's swimming pool.
Very odd indeed - not least because the swimming pool wasn't even open for bathing. Which was surely the reason the elk was headed there in the first place - we mean, just take a look at how much these guys love swimming...
