An injured dolphin apparently approaching a group of divers for help has been caught on film.
The "rescue" took place in the waters of Kona, Hawaii, after the bottlenose dolphin swan into the dive area, Yahoo! News reported.
The mammal's injury became evident through its movements, causing diver Keller Laros to notice it had a fishing hook stuck in its pectoral fin.
Seeming to put its trust in Laros, the dolphin is then filmed rolling over to allow him to help free him.

"I was trying to unwrap it, I got the line fishing hook out of the pectoral fin," he told KITV News.
"There was a line coming out of his mouth. But, the line wrapped around his pectoral fin was so tight ... I was worried if I tugged on it, it might hurt him more. I was able to cut the fishing line and unwrap it."
He told Khon2 the dolphin alerted him to its plight by emitting a loud squeak and then "literally moving his body so it would help me get the fishing line out."
He added: "I've seen all kinds of wild things out there but I have never had a dolphin come up and ask for help."
