'Harlem Shake' Takes Over From 'Gangnam Style' As The Video To Mimic (VIDEOS)

WATCH: 'Harlem Shake' Is The New 'Gangnam Style'

Bored of Gangnam Style? And all the Gangnam Style parodies? Us too. Well, apart from the Ghostbusters one, obviously. We can never get enough of that.

But we digress. Because the good/bad news, depending on how you look at it, is that there's a new Gangnam Style-style video in town. And it's called Harlem Shake.

As Know Your Meme informs us, Harlem Shake is "a popular style of hip hop dance and the title of a 2012 heavy bass instrumental track produced by Baauer".

And the meme that's doing the rounds? Taking said heavy bass instrumental track and filming yourself dancing to it - while everyone else around you ignores you and acts completely normally, only to then suddenly join in with you when the bass comes in. And go completely nuts.

The first such example, we do believe, was the one at the top of this page. And now everybody's at it. Office workers, Norwegian soldiers, firemen, grandmothers, Snoopy and the Peanuts gang and even Jimmy Fallon. Check out all of these, and more, below (we particularly love the father and son one). It's only a matter of time before the Eton boys get in on the act...
